Profiler, a passive cost effective fleet management system.

Profiler gives you all the reports per vehicle on screen and as hard copy for you to effectively manage your assets. Profiler is a standalone GPS logging system for vehicles, capable of logging up to 120 000 positions at 100m intervals, which represents distance traveled of about 12 000 km. Profiler-XP is the software package that is fully integrated with the Profiler. Our Bureau service downloads all stored information from the Profiler via the cell phone backbone at night and this is then e-mailed to you. The Profiler-XP software on your computer decompresses the information when it is imported and displays it in an easily accessible fashion. The software has been designed for maximum features with minimum hardware and incorporates a lot of intuitive ideas not usually found in other dispatching or management packages. The software is aimed at analyzing and displaying historical data but it has a Live Track and Crises Track feature for locating your vehicles real time. This is achieved with the Base unit.

We offer this only as a rental package with a 36 months term giving you all the advantages. Your capital expenditure is very low and the savings in fuel and other costs will easily recover your monthly fee. Therefore it is not necessary to budget for this system as the small amounts can be accommodated in your maintenance budget.

The equipment stays our property and we will maintain it for the duration of the term at the end of which can be renegotiated or replaced with the latest available technology in a new agreement.

Installation in most vehicles takes only about 2 hours and in almost all cases everything is hidden. Only the vehicle’s battery supply wires is used during installation, which makes detection very difficult. Although the Profiler has 4 inputs and an output for monitoring and controlling vehicle functions, we recommend they not used. These require additional wiring to the vehicle’s electrical system, which might be tampered with during servicing or otherwise.
